To Bob-The-Curious-One: Basically I open the image through one of the many photo application tools, and through that I choose an option called set as wallpaper, or something, and it works.
Where can I find the wallpaper you have on your “Kubuntu 7.10 on my Desktop”? The one with the flower on the right.
